A Key Quality Milestone in Late 2025
In late December 2025, we at Image Technology reached one of the most important milestones of the year. We completed our annual ISO 9001 Quality Management System external audit.
Colleagues from relevant departments gathered on site to support the assessment. SGS, an internationally recognized certification body, conducted the audit.
For Image Tech, this was more than a routine review. It was a full evaluation of how our quality system supports our customers in daily operations.
A System Audit Focused on Real Implementation
The audit followed ISO 9001 requirements in full. SGS auditors applied a rigorous and objective approach throughout the process.
They reviewed our quality policies and objectives. They also examined the completeness and effectiveness of our documented procedures.
The auditors evaluated key processes in detail. These included order review, design and development, procurement control, production management, inspection, delivery, and after-sales service. Their goal was clear: confirm that our system is documented, implemented, controlled, and traceable.
From Documents to the Factory Workshop
SGS auditors reviewed our quality records and procedures page by page. They focused on standardization, applicability, and alignment with real operations.
They also conducted on-site audits and staff interviews. Process traceability checks helped verify that teams follow defined procedures. These steps confirmed that responsibilities are clear and risks are well managed.
Each signature and checklist item reflects strict quality requirements. For Image Technology, they also represent the trust our customers place in us.
More Than a Certificate: Long-Term Value for Our Customers
For us, ISO 9001 is not just a certificate. It is a structured management framework. It integrates people, equipment, materials, methods, environment, and measurement. This framework supports consistent product quality and reliable delivery.
After several rounds of evaluation, Image Technology successfully passed the ISO 9001 external audit. This result confirms our current practices. It also marks a new starting point for improvement.
Guided by the audit findings, we will continue to refine our processes. We will strengthen execution and reinforce our quality management system. Our goal is clear: deliver stable, reliable, and fully traceable products and services worldwide.
