The holographic transfer film can cover the entire surface of standard id cards. The finished product has a seamless visual effect to ensure it’s easy to check personalized printing information that is pre-printed on the card body and can protect them from tampering.
A reel form edge-to-edge transfer overlay with a hologram is usually covered on an ID card with a security pattern and personalized information. Usually, personal data is printed first, and then the holographic image is transferred onto cards, thus preventing personal information from being tampered with.
The pre-printed cards are input into our special printer with a lamination function for printing personal data and lamination. After lamination with the ID card, the PET layer on the hologram heat transfer overlay is separated, and the optical security layer is transferred to the ID card surface. The optical security layer is just the right size to fit the entire surface of the card, which has seamless visual appeal.

Multiple high security features are integrated into id card transfer film to make your cards more durable and prevent personal information from tampering.
UV ink is a widely used security feature on id cards. It's invisible to the naked eye and can only be seen under a UV light.
Guilloche is 0.3mm~0.1mm width thin line with 3D dynamic effect. It cannot be reproduced with a copier, and difficult to counterfeit.
The image will present stable color changes between red and green under high inclined angles. It's commonly used in documents security projects.
ID card transfer film is also called holographic varnish. It applies holograms to cards produced by a special ID printer for added security. Its application makes ID cards more secure and easy to authenticate.
