The 14th Label Innovation Technology Development Forum and the 2024 ADA Cup Label Awards Ceremony were held on November 7 at the Zhuhai International Convention and Exhibition Center in Guangdong.
This prominent industry event brought together experts, company representatives, and technical professionals from across the country. They gathered to discuss innovations and the future of label printing.
Our company presented the latest micro-nano optical bottle body labels (“Good Luck” Label Series) at the event. And won the “Technology Innovation Award” and the “Most Popular Award.”
The ADA Cup Label Awards is widely known as the top event in the label printing industry. This year, it received 832 submissions from 157 companies, both from China and abroad. After careful evaluations, Suzhou Image’s “GOOD LUCK” micro-nano optical bottle sticker series stood out and won the award.
Introducing the Good Luck Label – Ink-Free Print Edition
The “GOOD LUCK Label – Ink-Free Print Edition” is an eco-friendly product. It uses DOVID (Diffractive Optically Variable Image Device) technology. This technology combines micro-nano grating structural color to show animal figures, such as sheep, elephants, horses, and lizards, in vivid detail.
This design is significant. It showcases animal imagery in a fresh, dynamic way and highlights Suzhou Image Technology’s commitment to sustainable, ink-free printing.
The label uses NIP (No Ink Printing) technology based on micro-nano structural color (Patent No.: ZL 2015 1 0239117X). It allows laser or electrochemical processing to create intricate patterns on the material’s surface. The optical images produced are colorful, secure, and visually striking.
Advanced Design for Eye-Catching Appeal
These stickers combine micro-nano optical hologram technology with intricate patterns. At different angles, they display diffraction, reflection, and refraction effects that create vibrant, dynamic images.
Static text paired with dynamic animal figures forms a striking 3D effect while color-shifting text adds a neon-like glow. This partially de-metalized, translucent style suits modern packaging trends and stands apart from traditional label designs.
Viewed from different angles, the holographic label reveals rich colors, movement, and a 3D effect. This adds a unique appeal to product packaging. The “GOOD LUCK” label series is eco-friendly and includes anti-counterfeiting features.
High-precision microstructures, created through holographic lithography, produce color-shifting patterns that are hard to replicate with traditional printing.
A Commitment to Sustainable Innovation
For us, sustainable development is essential. Our company aims to be a leader in micro-nano optical decoration and security. By using ink-free printing on a range of anti-counterfeiting products, including anti-counterfeit labels and identity document solutions, increasing the environmental, aesthetic, and security value of our designs.
