From September 19 to 20, our company took a two-day team retreat! It was a chance for everyone to step away from the busy work routine, relax and enjoy the outdoors, spend some good time together, and strengthen the connection and teamwork within the team.
The bus was filled with laughter and conversation along the way. Outside the windows, the city buildings gradually gave way to rolling green hills and beautiful scenery. There was a relaxed and excited feeling in the air, and everyone was looking forward to the fun and refreshing trip ahead.
Once we arrived, the first day of team activities officially kicked off. Everyone quickly got into the team vibes and joined in the fun and challenging team games.
Fun & Games to Get Everyone Moving
First up was dividing into teams. After this, each group gathered together and created their team’s most unique poses and shouted out their team slogans with full energy. With plenty of laughter and applause, the team activities officially got underway!
The activities included team drum ball games, giant-foot walking, flying disc games, and archery tag. Each one had its challenges and a lot of fun.
The drum ball game tested everyone’s rhythm and coordination. The goal was simple: work and keep the ball bouncing on the drum.
The giant-foot challenge was about moving as one. Everyone had to match their steps and keep the pace with the rest of the team to reach the finish line.
Then came the flying disc games, which brought more energy to the field. Between passes and catches, teammates naturally started to find their rhythm and work better together.
The archery tag matches added a little excitement to the day. With different challenges coming their way, everyone talked with team members, reacted quickly, and helped their teammates.
The games were simple. They showed how much easier things can be when everyone takes part and works together.
During these team activities, some people came up with ideas, some helped keep the team on track, and others stepped in whenever a teammate needed help. Finally, everyone found their rhythm.
We came to realize that teamwork isn’t about what happens at work. It also grows through the moments when team members talk, help each other, and work toward the same goal.
An Evening of Food, Fire & Good Conversations
As the sun set, the daytime activities ended. The evening was a little more relaxed. With a breeze and a campfire lighting up the night, everyone gathered, enjoyed some food, shared stories, and just spent time together.
After a day of games and challenges, it was nice to slow down and enjoy the moment. From working during the games to sitting around the fire, these simple moments gave everyone more chances to connect outside the usual work environment.
Together Today and Moving Forward Tomorrow
Two days’ team activities passed quickly. The retreat left us with many good memories, laughs and a stronger sense of connection.

We will take the energy and connections from this trip back into our work. Keep moving forward together—doing our part when facing new challenges and making the most of new opportunities.
