🔹 Optical Patch Laminate Film
A PET-based heat lamination patch film for CR80-sized cards. Offers high durability, scratch resistance, and protects personalized data from tampering.
While highly secure, it leaves a narrow 1mm border around the card edge. Commonly used in driver’s licenses, healthcare cards, student IDs, and transit cards.
🔹 ID Card Transfer Overlay
An optical security film with a separation-transfer feature. After lamination, only the optical layer remains on the card, creating a borderless, seamless look. It supports full-surface coverage but has moderate scratch resistance. Ideal for projects that prioritize visual integration.
🔹 Book Type Transfer Film
Designed for passport-type booklets (e.g., passports, visas, seafarer IDs). Applied using special equipment that leaves only the optical layer on the paper substrate, ensuring document integrity. Supplied in roll or sheet format.
🔹 Lamination Overlay In Sheet
Primarily used by card manufacturers, these large-format PET sheets (custom layouts like 3×8 or 4×8) are laminated with card bodies and chips. The result is a fully integrated, secure ID card. Common in government-issued IDs, bank cards, and multi-purpose cards.
🔹 Optical Laminate Pouches
A two-layer PET structure with one sealed edge. Documents are inserted and heat-sealed laminating pouches, forming a tamper-proof, waterproof, and rigid cover.
The front contains high-transparency optical security patterns, while the back may include UV ink or laser-etched effects. Ideal for access badges, legal credentials, and event passes.
🔹 Hot Stamping Foil Label
A heat-resistant, high-brightness foil label designed for secure paper-based documents. Offers precise fixed stamping and strong adhesion. Used for diplomas, visa pages, training certificates, and other official documents requiring added protection.
🔹 Cold Laminate Overlay
It is a PET optical cold laminate film with a sticky pressure-sensitive adhesive, pre-cut into the shape of the card body (the size will be slightly smaller than the card body), and can be applied to the surface of the card base by hand without special equipment.
After a few hours of application, it is very firm and not easy to be completely peeled off, which can play an anti-counterfeiting and anti-tampering role. It is suitable for temporary certificate making in any complex occasions, such as remote areas.
